Hockey30.com is reporting that former NHLer Stéphane Da Costa is getting closer to signing with the Vegas Golden Knights.
Da Costa has been playing in this year’s IIHF World Championship tournament for his native country France. Thru 6 games played he is in a 2-way tie for 5th place in the scoring with Sweden forward William Nylander with 10 points (6 goals and 4 assists).
He recently recorded his 4th assist of the tournament against Team Slovenia in his team’s 4-1 win.
Also per Sport.cz are reporting that the Golden Knights have an offer on the table for Da Costa.
