Las Vegas–Tonight the Vegas Golden Knights organization released a daily itinerary of important dates for hockey fans ahead on the franchises inaugural season that kicks off next week on October 3.
Inaugural Fan Fest With The D Las Vegas
Golden Knights fans will be able to take part in this hockey history fan fest at The D Las Vegas before the inaugural begins on October 3. The organization has informed us that the event is open to the public and is free of charge.
Fans in attendance will witness firsthand the unveiling of the team’s mascot to the Golden Knights fandom for the 1st time.
The event takes place from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, October 3 next to The D Las Vegas. Fellow Golden Knights will be to take in the experience at the famous Fremont St. Experience.
Top Golf Viewing Party
The Golden Knights organization along with Top Golf have come together to host the 1st ever viewing party so that fans can watch the team play their 1st regular season in club history against the Dallas Stars on October 6.
Those who can make the event will get the opportunity to watch the game on a 48-foot screen.
Top Golf is located at 4627 Koval Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89190 which is behind the MGM Resorts International property “The Signature at MGM Grand”.
Fans who attend the TopGolf Viewing Party can rent golf bays if they so chose. The views from the TopGolf bays are impressive with the Las Vegas Strip featuring “The Signature at MGM Grand” in the foreground.

Fans will have the opportunity to participate in a raffle and receive giveaway items including a free souvenir cup with a complimentary draft beer courtesy of Topgolf.
Puck drop for the viewing party at TopGolf starts at 5:30 pm. PT.
NHL Centennial Fan Arena
This event is scheduled from October 10 thru the 14 at Toshiba Plaza which is right next to T-Mobile Arena.
The NHL Centennial Fan Arena will be stationed in Toshiba Plaza from 2-10 p.m. PT on October 10 and 2-7 p.m. PT on October 11 to celebrate the Golden Knights inaugural home opener and centennial year of the NHL.
Please note that from 3-5 p.m. PT on October 11, the Fan Arena will be closed to the public and open only to MGM employees.
The Fan Arena will then move to Fremont Street where it will be stationed from 4 p.m.-midnight on October 13 and noon-5 p.m. on October 14.
The interactive fan experience honors extraordinary players, teams, and unforgettable moments with an innovative museum, original video content, a first-of-its-kind virtual reality game, and features the most revered trophy in sports – the Stanley Cup®. The event will be free and open to the public.
Home Opener Gold Carpet
On October 10 the day of the franchises 1st ever home opener in club history, Golden Knights fans will get to bear witness to a select group of players arriving at T-Mobile Arena and walking the Gold Carpet.
The Gold Carpet will run from through Toshiba Plaza into the arena, with arrivals starting at 3:30 p.m. PT.
The team has advised that all fans are welcome to join the festivities.
Opening Night March To T-Mobile Arena
Also on October 10 is a special march to T-Mobile Arena from MGM Resorts International property “New York-New York”.
The march marks the celebration of the start of the inaugural season and commences at 4:45 pm PT and features a special fan engagement activities that begins underneath the Brooklyn Bridge and leads to the front door at T-Mobile Arena.
To finish off the march there is going to be a brief ceremony at 5:00 pm at Toshiba Plaza.

Golden Knights Practice Schedule
Team practices run from October 2 thru the 10 at “City National Arena” located in the Summerlin across from Red Rock Casino & Resort.
Take note that the practices are on a first come-first served basis so those who would like to those are encouraged to arrive early.
***The only team practice that does not take place at “City National Arena” during that week in Vegas is on October 3. That one is at “T-Mobile Arena” and is closed to the public.***
