About CAN/AM Hockey

Back in the summer of 1969, CAN/AM Hockey successfully launched their program. In the 1970’s, CAN/AM programs became a continued operation thus being to go to leader in both youth and adult hockey camps.

In the decade that followed, CAN/AM expanded its program and offered full-service tournaments for adult hockey teams.

Their style and formatting was a huge success for the program and then expanded into youth hockey market where their first-ever event at that level, featured 12 teams competing in Lake Placid, NY where the 1980’s “Miracle On Ice” USA squad won the gold medal in the Winter Olympics.

For 20 years following their success in the 1970’s/1980’s the program expanded to an impressive 600 youth hockey teams that consisted of 26,000+ members, players, and their families.
