Las Vegas–Today the National Hockey League, handed out it’s “Three Stars” for the week ending Nov. 26 featuring Vegas Golden Knights forward Jonathan Marchessault as the #1 star.
During the week ending on November 26, Golden Knights Marchessault had three 1-2-3 contests which equated to 3 goals, 6 assists for 9 total points. His performance helped the Golden Knights to 15-6-1 for 31 points where they currently sit atop in the Pacific Division standings and two points ahead of the Los Angeles Kings for a perfect week in the league.
Marchessault opened the week to his fourth career three point night where the Golden Knights defeated the Anaheim Ducks 4-2 back on November 22. He followed up that performance with another three point showing when they played the San Jose Sharks in which the Golden Knights defeated them to a 5-4 overtime victory, including the overtime winner.
To cap off the week of NHL action for the Golden Knights, Marchessault did it one more time against the Arizona Coyotes by having another three point night where one of his points lead to them deciding goal of the game.
For the Golden Knights, Marchessault is the only player on the team’s roster to have three straight three point performances in a single week of action. He is currently in second place with 21 total points (8 goals and 13 assists) in 19 games played this year.
