Las Vegas–Today the National Hockey League announced their 2018 Lady Byng Trophy Nominees as Vegas Golden Knights forward William Karlsson is one of them to receive the nod.

Even when he was a member of the Columbus Blue Jackets and Anaheim Ducks he was +4 combined between his time with both clubs.

Over the course of the season, he recorded not one but two hat tricks. One was the first ever regular style hat trick against the Toronto Maples Leafs on New Years Eve 2018 and then the first ever natural hat trick back on March 18 vs. Calgary.
