Las Vegas–Today Vegas Golden Knights Team President Kerry Bubolz confirmed that the organization is taking part in their 2nd Annual VGKRoadTrip.

The team will be on the road from August 5 thru the 10 with stops in Reno, Nevada, followed by Boise, Idaho, then Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and finally Salt Lake City, Utah.

These locations that the Golden Knights are stopping at are part of their broadcast region in partnership with AT&T SportsNet Rocky Mountain.

In his remarks, Bubolz reflected on their first ever trip that took place before the Golden Knights magical inaugural season.

“Building on the success of last year’s road trip, this annual trip gives our players the opportunity to connect with fans in other cities that we might not be able to visit during the season,” said Bubolz.

“We’re fortunate to have such widespread support from our fan base, and we’re looking forward to meeting Golden Knights fans of all ages living in our television distribution territory.” Bubolz added.

The following Vegas Golden Knights players are scheduled to be on this trip are Brad HuntJon MerrillNic Hague (NHL prospect), and Nate Schmidt. They will be joined by their television broadcasting team of Gary Lawless, Shane Hnidy, and Dave Goucher.

Also making the trip with the team and announcers is the organizations official team mascot Chance.

During this trip they will be making appearances and participate in a series of hockey clinics, as well as open skates and meet-and-greets with local hockey fans of all ages.

Chief Marketing Officer for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority Cathy Tull followed up to Bubolz’s remarks with her statement on the 2nd Annual VGKRoadTrip.

“Las Vegas is proud and excited to partner with the Golden Knights to promote the upcoming season to the fans in their television market.” Said Tull.

“The incredible success of the team in their inaugural season gives a great opportunity to attract fans from around the region to make a trip to Las Vegas to support the team.” Tull continued.
