Chicago Wolves To Become AHL Affiliate?

Since the Vegas Golden Knights came into the NHL last June one of the things that was talked about is their minor league affiliation for the 2017-2018 season. Given that the American Hockey League has yet to announce any potential expansion for their current 30 franchise membership where would the Golden Knights partner up with during their first season as the league celebrates the next 100 years of existence.

As we approach the 2017 NHL Draft hosted by the Chicago Blackhawks a website out there as put together a lottery simulator that allows hockey fans from around the world to hypothetically determine the outcome of this years draft order. The purpose of this is to generate the buzz for the fans to get in the mode before the draft lottery event kicks off.

VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS NAME CHRIS DAVIDSON-ADAMS HEAD EQUIPMENT MANAGER (Repost)

VEGAS – March 14, 2017 – Vegas Golden Knights General Manager George McPhee announced today, March 14, that the team has hired Chris Davidson-Adams as the club’s first ever Head Equipment Manager. In this role, Davidson-Adams will be responsible for all of the Golden Knights player equipment, skate sharpening, transport, purchasing and inventory and will oversee the Golden Knights equipment staff.

Golden Knights Sign Reid Duke

Today General Manager George McPhee and the Vegas Golden Knights organization announced their first ever signing as they inked free agent Reid Duke from the Western Hockey League Brandon Wheat Kings to a three year entry level contract.
